Hands Healing Hearts

Healing a heart comes in many forms, as we all struggle with our own needs. For some this could be the need for food, clothing, or necessities. For others, it could mean compassion, time, or supporting an emotional effort. I want children and adults of all ages to be empowered to give what they are each capable of with their own hands. No amount of effort is too small when it comes to supporting another in need. As a young child, I started Hands Healing Hearts by crafting ornaments to raise money for cancer research, as my grandfather battled brain cancer. Finding ways to use my hands helped me feel empowered to make a difference, even in adolescence. I hope to inspire youth to use their hands and unique talents to be servant leaders as well.
