Miss Berkeley County’s Teen 2023

Hi, I’m Isabelle Scarlet, Miss Berkeley County’s Teen 2023! As a local title holder in the Miss West Virginia’s Outstanding Teen Organization, I am honored to serve my community, and the state of West Virginia! I volunteer, visit, and serve others in order to encourage youth on ways that they can reach out and serve, using their own creative skills. If you would like a classroom visit, a volunteer for your children’s event, or would like to partner with me in your youth service organization, I would love to share how children can get involved in serving others, at any age! I look forward to meeting you and am honored to serve the Eastern Panhandle of WV as Miss Berkeley County’s Teen!
